Who This Role Is For

This position is ideal for a therapist who:

• Holds an active California Massage Therapy Certification

• Has training in Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and/or Neuromuscular techniques

• Is coachable and comfortable working within structured clinical protocols

• Wants to specialize and grow long-term — not just fill shifts

• Is reliable, professional, and client-centered

Previous lymphatic training is not required, but it is helpful.

Compensation

• Average hourly earnings: $50–$70 per hour

• Consistent bookings and strong client flow

We are not hiring for slow schedules —

we are hiring for growth.

Schedule Expectations

• Minimum 20–25 hours per week

• 4–5 shifts weekly

• Friday (required): 2:45 PM – 8:00 PM

• Saturday (required): 9:00 AM – 2:45 PM

• Additional weekday evening availability required

• 📍 In-person position – Laguna Hills

Candidates must live within a 45-minute drive

Training & Specialization Path

We believe specialization creates mastery.

All candidates must complete our Foundational Lymphatic Training prior to hire.

• Full scholarships are available for candidates who strongly match our culture, professionalism, and long-term vision.

• Tuition-based enrollment is also available for therapists who wish to train but are not seeking employment.
